Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes.

The first step depends on the type of support you’re seeking.

Ongoing therapeutic support begins with a consultation, while trauma intensives and the Spa Immersion Experience require a brief application to ensure fit and readiness.

Each path is intentional and personalized.

As a general guide:

  • Therapeutic support is often a good fit if you’re seeking ongoing support, integration, and steady progress over time.
  • Trauma intensives can be helpful when you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to work through something specific in a focused, immersive way.
  • Spa Immersion Experiences are designed for deep restoration and nervous system regulation, especially when you’re depleted and need space to reset before deeper work.

You don’t have to choose perfectly — part of my role is helping you determine what level of support will serve you best right now and adjusting as needed.

Availability varies by support type. Ongoing therapeutic support is limited, while intensives and immersion experiences are offered on a scheduled, application-based basis.

Ongoing therapeutic support is billed at $225 per individual session and $250 per couples session. Payment is due at the time of service.

Trauma intensives and Spa Immersion Experiences are customized, high-touch offerings and are priced based on length, structure, and level of support. Detailed pricing is shared after your application has been reviewed to ensure fit.

Financing options, including CareCredit, may be available for intensives and immersion experiences.

I do not accept insurance, but I’m happy to provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

I’ve chosen to remain out of network so I can offer high-quality, individualized care without restrictions imposed by insurance providers — including limits on session length, treatment approach, or required diagnoses.

This allows our work to remain collaborative, confidential, and focused entirely on your needs, rather than on reimbursement requirements. My primary commitment is to providing thoughtful, ethical, and effective care.

Yes! CareCredit is an accepted payment option for one- and two-day trauma intensives. It allows you to spread the cost of your investment into manageable monthly payments—often with promotional no-interest periods if paid in full within the term.

If you’re approved through CareCredit, you can use your card just like any other payment method for your scheduled intensive. Need help applying or understanding how it works? I’m happy to guide you through the process.

I work with adults and teens ages 15 and up.

Yes, yes, and yes. 🙂

Sessions are collaborative, structured, and guided by your goals. We focus on what you’re currently struggling with while also paying attention to how your nervous system is responding in the present moment.

Depending on your needs, sessions may include trauma-informed talk therapy, somatic and nervous system regulation, and modalities such as

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help resolve underlying patterns and emotional charge.

We move at a pace that feels safe and supportive — never forced. The focus is not just insight, but meaningful change, so you can feel more regulated, clear, and empowered in your day-to-day life.
