“𝐈 𝐚𝐦 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬” – Believing that we have no control over our lives or circumstances can lead to feelings of anxiety and helplessness. Or a pattern of giving control to others leads to a sense of powerlessness as well.
